Warranty

Through this guarantee, Loop Archery guarantees product against possible material and labor defects for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. This guarantee does not affect the legal rights of the consumer and user, which are independent and compatible with the commercial guarantee.

If during this warranty period the product (at original purchase date) has defects or breakages, Loop Archery will replace the piece, under the conditions specified below and at no cost for shipping.

Conditions

This guarantee will only be valid when presented with the original invoice or proof of purchase (indicating the date of purchase and invoice reference number) along with a photo of the defective product during the period covered by the guarantee. Loop Archery reserves the right not to offer free warranty if the documents indicated are not submitted or if the information contained therein is incomplete or unlawful.

The guarantee does not cover any of the following::

Damage or defects resulting from the misuse, operation or treatment of the product and not due to normal use of it.

Treatment that results in physical, superficial, or appearance damage or changes of product.

Neglect.

Accidents, fires, liquids, chemicals and other substances.

Exceptions and limitations

Except in the cases mentioned above, Loop Archery will not give guarantees regarding the product. If this exception is not lawful or contemplated by existing law, Loop Archery will limit or exclude its guarantees only to the extent that existing law permits. Any guarantee that cannot be completely excluded shall be limited (as far as existing law permits) to the duration of the guarantee.

The only obligation on Loop Archery in relation to this guarantee is to replace products subject to the terms and conditions of it. Loop Archery is not responsible for product loss or damage, this warranty or others.

Your rights reserved

Consumers have legal rights (statuaries) under existing domestic laws regarding the sale of consumer goods. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, neither rights that are inclusive nor limitable, nor the rights of the person from whom you purchased the proceeds. You can assert any of your rights as you see fit.


Return

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or change.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed (if applicable):

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond us.
  • Any items that are returned more than 30 days after shipping.
Refunds (where applied):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

Late or lost refunds (where applied):

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is reflected.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for payments and shipping costs for return item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your refund

Depending on where you live, how long it takes to receive the product exchanged, it may vary.

If you are shipping a product worth over 75€, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or buying insurance for shipping. We don't guarantee we'll get your return.
